Every giclée and canvas print from Marty Engle Fine Art is produced individually, to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse — when you order, your print is made. That shapes how returns work, so here it is in plain language.
The short version
- Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? We replace it free — just send a photo within 30 days of delivery.
- Lost in transit? We make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or wrong print
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn’t the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the piece and its packaging. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice. You don’t need to ship anything back.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking has stalled or your order is marked delivered but never arrived, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Because every print is produced individually for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or artwork that doesn’t suit the room after all. Please double-check your size and material before ordering — and if you’re unsure how a piece will live in your space, ask us first. A real person answers, and we’d rather help you choose right than see a haunting go to the wrong home.
A note on color
Every screen renders color a little differently. Minor variation between what your monitor shows and the finished print is a natural part of fine-art reproduction and isn’t considered a defect.
Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchasing — once a print has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.
Questions
Anything unclear, or something odd with your order? Reach the studio through the contact page. You’ll get a human — slightly haunted, but responsive.
