This website is operated by Marty Engle Fine Art. We collect only what we need to sell and deliver art, keep the studio lights on, and stay in touch when you ask us to. Here’s the whole story.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and the details of your purchase. When you join our mailing list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. When you write to us through the contact page, we keep your message so we can answer it.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Square. Your full card number goes to Square, not to us — we never see or store it.
Printing and delivery
Prints are produced and shipped by our production partner Printify and its print providers. To fulfill your order, we share your name, shipping address, and the items ordered — nothing more.
Newsletter
Our studio letters are opt-in only. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and leaving takes one click — no hard feelings, the ghosts will miss you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies to run the shop — keeping your cart intact and your checkout working. We also use, or may use, analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies to help us understand how visitors find the site and to show relevant ads. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (payment, fulfillment, email, hosting) so your order can happen, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept only as long as they’re useful for helping you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the contact page and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site sells art for grown-up walls and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top will tell you when.
