These terms apply when you browse Marty Engle Fine Art or place an order through this store. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms below, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Artwork, prints, and pricing
Product images, sizes, materials, availability, and prices are shown on each product page. Fine-art prints are made to order. Screen color and brightness vary, so small differences between the on-screen image and the finished print are normal.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Square. An order is accepted when payment is completed and an order confirmation is issued. If an item cannot be produced, or a material pricing or availability error affects the order, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund.
Production and shipping
Prints are produced and shipped by our production partner, Printify, and its print providers. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If tracking stalls, a package is lost, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because each print is made to order, cancellation and return eligibility depends on whether production has begun and on the condition of the delivered item. The complete rules, time limits, and remedies are in our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

All artwork, photographs, text, and site design are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction, resale, or commercial-use rights.
